My experience with the Property & Tenancy Management team at Marsh & Parsons Head Office has been so awful that I have had to file a formal complaint that was not addressed properly so now sending my complaint to the Property Ombudsman.

On top of that I have to resolve my deposit dispute via TDS. This experience has caused so much stress and financial detriment to myself that I will never use M & P again. Like most other reviews on here, it has been a nightmare dealing with these incompetent and inexperienced......

Their fees are the highest of local agents, but as they are upfront about this that's fine. However, if they can't deliver the service that they are being paid for, then that is not fine.
