This is a terrible letting agencies which simply seeks to rip you off as much as possible. When moving in they claimed that 4 days would not be enough time to to replace the faulty fridge and do some decorating of my flat in Stratford as the previous tenants hadn't looked after it well and to be honest unless you ask this agent they wouldn't even consider re-decorating their properties. Strettons also force unbelievably high fees on you for checking your credit rating and doing a check-in (which is basically someone getting you to sign and inventory and giving you your keys - £140!) and check-out. If course they will only sign 6 month contracts with mean you have to pay an additional administration fee of around £60 for them to photocopy another copy of your contract for you to sign. They also constantly put up the rent, not by a small amount either, we're talking over £100 every 6 months, apparently this is due to 'market forces', however on looking at other flats nearby which were of a high spec it was obvious the only force in this market was their greed. They are not cheap, not helpful and show no regard for the concerns of tenants, i would never recommend anyone using these letting agents.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Stop ripping people off and get your fees sorted out, also your staff love to talk down to tenants, this is unacceptable.Attached Filesnbsp;

What agent could do to change your mind?
Be more up front with all the costs involved. Be receptive to offer to ask the landlord to negotiate contract lengths. Be more attentive to after-sale service to avoid giving the impression that they only care about getting the rental money.Attached Filesnbsp;
