Tracie has managed my property for the last 4 years while I have been working abroad. Her professionalism has been invaluable and her commitment to going the extra mile to help out during some significant issues (the property was struck by lightning!) was hugely appreciated.
We then decided to sell the property and Lee has been equally impressive, chasing down the chain to ensure the sale went through and giving me enough information to feel involved while keeping some of the more stressful issues away from me until he'd dealt with them!
All in all, a very impressive estate agency and one I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Comment on agent fees
Fees were fair for the service received - could have got cheaper elsewhere but not sure I'd have had the service from experienced professionals like Tracie and Lee from other firms.
