We consider that the company operate a tick box system â we were told that our prospective tenant had a glowing financial status but we consider that the referencing was inadequate. The tenant was not in the level of employment we had been led to believe and vacated with arrears whilst also failing to pay utilities. There were debt collectors chasing him. We were left to collect the arrears, which we managed to do. Bradleys then charged us commission on the arrears we recovered. We lodged a formal complaint which was roundly rejected by the company and are now considering a complaint to the Ombudsman. We would not deal with this company again.

The fees on face value, were sensible. But the service we received was appalling.
