My first and detailed review was on 10th April 2017. This was shortly after Nathan and NMR Lettings rescued my property from a nearby "letting agent". The latter had let me down on a number of counts during the time I was a client. I would strongly encourage any landlord or prospective landlord reading this to go back and read that review.
The service I have received since then has compelled me to come back to submit this further review. NMR fully manages my property and I am on my second tenant now that they have sourced. The first tenancy went very well with NMR continuing to operate to the high standards mentioned in my first review. During this period the central heating system came to the end of its useful life. Nathan was promptly on the case to invite tenders for the complete replacment of the heating system. The outcome was that a very competitive quote was accepted and a new central heating system was installed in a seem less and timely manner. I was advised that the improved heating system had added to the rental value so when the property became empty the rent asked was uplifted to reflect this.
I have now had experience of NMR doing work on my property using tradesmen of various disciplines. It has been my experience that where possible, Nathan sources firms/tradesmen that operate under the threshold for VAT registration. Obviously, this can have a considerable effect on a landlord's "bottom line". This has not (and should not) compromised the quality of the work done.
Everything is going well with the current tenant and I have had the following comment from an aunt living near the property. "The windows are looking beautiful, you must have a good tenant"
This is all good news for a landlord and especially a distant landlord like myself. Thank you Nathan & Robyn at NMR! (BTW, the new website is nice and the photos are awesome!)

They did not provide misleading information, however your office did ask them to play around with dates on the application which I have seen emails for. This would have been misleading. They tried to provide a guarantor with the criteria given but this was rejected. They tried everything possible to resolve issues and get the house. They should get there deposit back. ...

Just wanted to add to my original review. I have now had the property for 2 years and have to say I am really happy with Nathan, Robyn and all the team at NMR. Living in Spain I need an agent to fully manage my property and NMR give me that .
