We had our initial consultation with Darren who came out and valued our property he was punctual, professional, clear and honest. We felt we could trust him from the start, we did have a valuation from another local estate agent who to be fair was very professional however when we actually went into the local branches of both agents is where we saw the difference, Bradleys office felt far more professional, the staff were far more approachable and helpful.
Selling a house is a trying, frustrating and very difficult time however we always felt the team at Bradleys were working hard for us, they provided feedback about every viewing without fail and reassured us along the way, they provided constructive advice and sold our property in a more than reasonable time frame. Dorothy did many of the viewings and was the person who sold it, when we had our offer she even popped into see us personally. Even when the sale agreed sign went up they continued to work hard to ensure everything was proceeding to plan.
We feel the team really worked hard to sell our property but not only that we made use of their IFA David Lewis who gave us superb advice even when our mortgage went wrong due to an Occupancy Restriction on the property we were buying he and his colleague Caroline worked really hard to find us a suitable mainstream lender at a competitive rate.
I have used lenders and advisors in the past who are great until things get a bit tough but the Exmouth Bradleys team really do care and will do everything in their power to ensure what you want happens, we dealt with every member of staff at some point in that branch and they were all without exception professional, courteous, understanding and a delight to talk to.
In all I cannot praise them high enough and would definitely use them again for both the sale and financial advice.
