I chose Aberdein Considine because their surveyor was very nice and the prices were competitive. However, after signing up for them to sell my property I didn't hear from them for at least 6weeks even though they were carrying out the viewings.
It got worse when I eventually got them on the phone and pointed this out. Once I received an offer and agreed, I became more of an afterthought with the buyer taking presedence.
Even after this, when eventually settling the bill, I found it was incorrect with higher marketing fees than agreed and addition errors, obviously in their favour.
On the whole a very bad experience with a multitude of errors on their part. Customer service is only a top priority until you ha e signed on the dotted line.
