We contacted Thomas Morris in the first instance to pop round and discuss valuing our property with the prospect of getting to market within a few weeks.
Having not sold a property in a long time we were delighted by the personable and friendly approach within the team coupled with solid advice about our property value expectations.
Paul Blake was our first point of contact and he answered all of our burning questions, valued the property and got to work with photos to get us promptly to market . Paul made us feel relaxed and installed confidence that we would sell our house pretty quickly.
After about 4 weeks of the house being up for sale the flow of potential buyers slowed down and here Paul and the team had some ideas of how to refresh the interest and get more clients through the door. Simple yet clever ways to put us back in front of potential buyers like new professional photos and a slight adjustment in how we market the price tag without showing a drastic and possibly desperate price drop.
The rest of the team (but notably Katy Poore) where on hand for questions, bookings, house searches and advice throughout our experience until we happily sold for just under the asking price which was great news for all involved.
The agents that showed potential buyers around were always respectful and showed a high level of insight and were great at advising us immediately of feedback and offers.
You can tell that Thomas Morris as a whole team work like a family and show real caring toward their clients.
