I am relocating to London next month, and I was really struggling to find a property that would accept a pet, every estate agents I contacted did not entertain my propersitions, nor were they willing to contact with their landlords to consider my dog leaving me searching for nearly three whole month.
I was on business in Bromley last month, and I spotted KFH next to my office, so I decided to take another attempt to secure a property. I went in the office, and a letting agent, Natalie, sat down with me and went through my requirements, budget, locations etc. She explained the difficulties of getting a property that would allow pets, especially apartments due to he lease hold restrictions. But however, she promised me she would find me somewhere to live, that was nice and would accept my pet.
A couple of weeks later she found an apartment; modern, a new build, and worked with the landlord to make an agreement to allow my dog also.
Astonishing out of all those properties across multiple estate agents, that not one would entertain my requirements in the slightest, but the one that went as far to contact her landlords to see if they would consider/negotiations something for me.
I would highly recommend KFH, especially Natalie if you're thinking of renting. I would definitely use them again, and I look forward to working with them to buy my next property.
