Open House has been a very positive experience. Not only did Phil continue to update me on a regular basis in relation to what was happening, with finding suitable tenants but he also ensured that all the necessary paperwork and fees were transparent and easy to understand. In addition to this he is extremely knowledgable in his field. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone.
