Being an indirect customer I could not recommend more services of W Humphries estate agents. Searching for the right property for a while and renting in the meantime I believe I have come across a fair share of estate agents and in my humble opinion no one else comes close to the service I have experienced here. Bill represents everything you could look for in an excellent estate agents. Great understanding of the market and a very reasonable assessment of what a property is currently worth and what it could potentially achieve. Being well acquainted with Waddesdon and surrounding villages hence being able to offer an accurate advice on available services, schools as well as general neighbourhood etc. Extremely responsive and helpful, keeping you up to date at every step along the way and making sure that even the smallest issue is dealt with instantly. Respectful to both parties and hardworking, ensuring the process is as stress-free as possible for everyone involved. Very friendly, reasonable and honest â making it a pleasure to work together on a human level. If I ever decide to sell my cottage Bill Humphries is my only estate agents choice.
