The worst estate agent definitely in slough, maybe in the country.
*Was all charm at the start but started to dip into the rent money straight away, from month-1. He kept holding back the rent for weeks and weeks. When i called for the arrears rent, first he tried the old trick, âoh, let me look into itâ. As weeks passed by, he became more and more rude. Finally, I had to forget about the money he was holding onto, just to get rid of him. Lost a lot of money but at least I am rid of him. Have reported him to the Trading Standards and TPO.
I urge all aggrieved landlords to report this guy to TPO and Trading standards office â both of who are already looking into this firm.
A tip for anyone else who may think of appointing this firm. Be careful: Lee offers you a really good (low) letting/management fee rate. Don't fall for it: he does not make his money by earning the letting/management fee. He makes his real money by keeping your entire rent. In just one block of flats in slough, I met 3 landlords in a single day, all of whom had the rent-collection problems with Lee.

The fees are irrelevant because you start to lose the ENTIRE rent within a few months of appointing this agent.

Just wondering when you will settle my dues Lee? Three months rent and compensation awarded by The Property Ombudsman still not paid to me. Almost £4000. Final deadline set by TPO was last Friday and you still haven't paid me. May 24, 2018

I HOPE YOU have contacted the property ombudsman. - www.tpos.co.uk .- Tel 01722 333306 and complained to them....They will help you and they will make sure you get your money back - if you are owed any. They are a FREE service and they are very helpful in resolving your issues with the agent... Also call Slough Council Trading Standards... they will also help you...ONLY BY REPORTING THIS company they will get what they deserve. ALSO if you know any other landlords in a similar situation then get them to call the property ombudsman. - www.tpos.co.uk .- Tel 01722 333306 and Slough Trading standards.. the more complaints the better..

I was owed £2k and deposit was not protected either. I did the following;
1. Wrote to BEA that if they don't clear dues I Will manage And get tenant to pay me directly.
2. Got the tenant to pay me directly thro a formal notice and Filed a small claims on moneyclaims.co.uk for rent due and deposit which was paid by tenant and not protected.
3. Progressed the claim at small claims court.
4. BEA settled my dues and sent me the deposit too which I protected immediately.
