Using Mcdougal Mcqueen for sale of existing property and purchase of new property. House went on market on Tuesday and sold at closing date following Thursday (8 days).
Dealt with Jim Pendreich initially for free valuation, jim was very informative and gave us a good insight in what to expect. Spoke mainly with Carol and Kim in the week house was on market, both were fantastic. Carol helped me through whole process and helped me keep my nerve going to closing date. Put offer in on new house same day which was accepted by seller so about to start the purchase journey. Took advantage of free home report deal, all in all a great experience
