Natalie helped me and my boyfriend find our dream home and she negociated a good price for us, too.
She was very nice, friendly and available at any time in order to help us with any enquiry.
I would give her 5/5 stars but since this is review about the agency also,
I gave only 4.
The company that does the reference checks is in my opinion very unprofessional, taking
in consideration the fact that we pay quite alot of money for them only to call and message some people.
They were calling at the store that I work in, instead of calling the head office for information, they have a stupid rule that they can't call a referenced person more than 1 time a day(although that person is waiting for their phone call, they might do something in that 1 time that you call them and miss it). Nobody that waits for their call will sue them for calling 3 times.
It was stressful because we needed the paperwork to be done within a week and this kind of things were just delaying the process.
Overall, after a week full of useless stress that could have been avoided, we got in our new home and everything ended up well.
