Lauren has kept in constant communication with us including updating us at least every week on how our purchase is going. A house sale/purchase is stressful enough but when you are reassured on what exactly is delaying the process or what you are waiting for it does make a huge difference. I highly recommend Lauren and I highly recommend Scrivens as estate agents! In the nicest way possible I do hope we do not need to deal with estate agents again but if we ever did I know who and where I am heading too! Many thanks Lauren your an asset to the company

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
