I cannot remember who my partner and i spoke with, she had blond hair, we were told we needed to be earning 2.5 times the annual rent to be accepted, or we would need 1 maybe 2 guarantours, my partner is disabled and i care for him, we didnt get a place because we recieve disability benefits, needless to say, we are still looking!

I dont agree with agency fees full stop, as if the rents for luton aren't high enough anyway!

I cannot locate your application so I am unsure how far along in the process you was. Once we receive full documentation from anybody applying for our properties we submit them to the landlord for them to make a decision on whether they wish to proceed. If there are more than 1 applications completed at the same time then it is up to the landlord to decide who they wish to proceed with. Best Letting Agent in Luton 
I am sorry that you feel this way but I can assure you we do not discriminate towards housing benefit tenants. We are currently renting to several housing benefit tenants and we are one of few agents in Luton that are happy to do so.
We have a strict referencing criteria and process that we must follow when renting properties out to potential tenants.
Also some Landlord mortgage companies only permit them to rent to full time working professionals which we must also take into consideration.
Once again I am sorry that we were not able to help you at that present time but we wish you all the best for the future.
