My wife and I sold our exsisting house and bought a new house with the HRT team in Bridgend and from the very start of what can be an extremely stressful process, HRT at all times went above and beyond the levels of service you would expect of any company in any industry. I cannot recommend them highly enough as a sales force, our house sold within days, and as an agent for our purchase, nothing was too much work for them or too inconvenient. Indeed even after our move they have been very helpful on matters not strictly related to their business in helping us settle in our new house. They offer very good value for money and the thought of going in alone with an internet company, just to save a little money seems like a false economy when you consider how much help we recieved from HRT and how much easier and more reassuring they made a very stressful and complicated time for us. I cannot recommend them highly enough, and I would like to give a special mention to Rebecca Cook and Hayley Hughes on the sales team. In any industry it's been a long time since I have experienced such a high level of customer service. Open and accessible lines of communication and up to date information on the process every step of the way. Support and service at the highest level from beginning to end.
