Yes, you might find the perfect property and yes you might have a great deal, but Atlantis will do whatever they can to make sure it is the worst experience possible.
I really can't say anything other than the fact that they provided absolutely no value to the whole situation at all, and instead seemed to enjoy being difficult, uninformative and ruthless at every single possible opportunity.
They do nothing if you have a problem with the property - not even to act as a mediator between us and the landlord; they react like you have shot their puppy if anything is wrong with the place.
They will look for any excuse to make more money out of you - we paid on time, before the due date every month - until once when half of the rent was delayed by a week due to a problem with the bank processing the payment. We then recieve a letter from Atlantis months later saying that we have an "overdue payment fine" for a "fine for late payment". Yeah, two fines. All for once in two and a half years being late by a week on half the rent.
Any point in arguing? No, they just bang on about procedure etc - so we just paid it.
How about arranging viewings without your knowledge when the property is back on the market? Tick.
How about charging you (god knows what for based on the ZERO support/service/value recieved) to renew the contract? Tick.
How about turfing you out midway through the last day of your tenancy because they need the keys back by midday - even though you have paid for the whole month. Tick.
How about having no sales people who seem to want to find you another rented property once you aren't renewing (not that I was bothered - but it makes you wonder how thick they are). Tick
How about being the rudest, most unhelpful staff I have ever encountered. Tick.
If you rent the property and nothing goes wrong (boiler, electric, washing machine, hot water etc) and there are no issues outside of your control (banks processing payment, renewing contract etc) then you will have a great experience. Because you won't talk to them.
If, however, you need them to do ANYTHING at all, prepare for the most frustrating experience in your life.
The funny thing? Absolutely everyone who has had any dealings with them has agreed (4 different tenants that I have spoken to).
The funniest thing? Speaking to my landlord at the end of our tenancy, he had exactly the same opinion - and most of the issues we had with the flat came from Atlantis (which is why half way through we just went direct to the landlord.)
It does make you sick how you pay the majority of your wages in rent (and these guys obviously grab a slice of that) but they do FA to earn it, and there is really FA you can do about it.
And now to top it all off, they won't even give me a clear answer on when my deposit will be paid back (which anyone who is in between two rented properties will know is an expensive time!)
Like so many have written here and as I have told everyone I have ever met, AVOID AVOID AVOID.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Been Transparent, been at all helpful in ANY way at ANY time, been customer orientated, not been obvious money grabbing sharks just looking for any excuse to charge more fees.
You know what, forget it you won't listen anyway.

Yes
I am a landlord and have a property which is let through Atlantis. My tenants have contacted me directly to complain about about Atlantis. I am also a tenant up in Chester who has experienced really bad service in the past from a different agent based in Hampshire and can therefore empathise on how frustrating it is when you feel your agent is not treating you fairly. I came across this initiative by Shelter last week which you may be interested in looking at http://england.shelter.org.uk/campaigns/letting_away_with_it?src=hpban-c
It seems, unfortunately, that you are not alone in your feelings.
