After getting a couple of valuations, I felt that Thomas Morris stood out amongst the rest. This was for their local knowledge of the area, their no nonsense approach which I appreciated, and the way they communicated with me. The excellent communication and customer service continued throughout my house sale, and we were accepting an offer on my house within 1 month of being put up for sale.
Comment on agent fees
I do feel that the agents fees are overly expensive though. you really do need to weigh up the local knowledge, excellent service that you get against the expensive fees.
