We've rented our new house through Davis Tate and had a very positive experience working with Rachel and Andy. They were helpful, friendly and responsive. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them.
We've liaised with Rachel a lot in terms of getting the contract sorted and finding a move-in date that suited us perfectly. We've been travelling abroad for a couple of weeks before the move-in date, so Rachel kindly made sure that we had all necessary information before our departure and we could sign the relevant paperwork online, which made everything a whole lot easier. We've had mixed experience dealing with estate agents in the past, who often seemed to be very unresponsive after the move-in date, but this has not been the case with Rachel. This is by far our easiest move-in and best experience with renting a property through an agency. We'd highly recommend them.
