I have had nothing but problems from the beginning. Told us that there were problems with the referencing 30 minutes before collecting our keys; didn't send the tenancy agreement till 2 days after we collected the keys; tenancy agreement had loads of errors (deposit amount, when rent is due, etc); not corresponding with my partner who also is on the tenancy agreement whatsoever; still advertising as available for 6 weeks after we moved in.
The major issue we feel like we've been scammed. We were told the deposit is £1,248 however the tenancy agreement and deposit protection certificate say it's £900. We raised this was the Kingswood branch that it was an error and they would get it amended. We asked for updates and were ingored. We filed a complaint and were told the same thing but again nothing happened. It's been a month since the complaint - no amended documents, sign is still on the property, and my emails have been ingored. It's become clear that these leechs will suck your money and patience dry.

In the 30 years I have been buying, selling and renting property, I have never come across an estate agent as bad as Connells in Kingswood, Bristol. If you have a choice, avoid these guys at all costs.

I don't know where to begin. The house in particular I was interested in was a new build on a small development of 10 properties. All were advertised as having 2 parking spaces. Six weeks after placing a reservation fee did I find out it in fact only had one parking space. In fact, 9 of the ten houses came with a single parking space, although all had been advertised with 2.
