It was all good, when we came to have a look at the property, but after signing the contract nightmare started. All the repairs took ages to arrange, we were blamed for dump in the house even though we were cleaning the walls constantly and decorating afacted walls every 8weeks, when we asked for anything to be done about dump, we were told keep the windows open, which we do all the time even in winter time as both of us prefer low temperatures. At the end we spent 4 weeks argueing with HB about deposit, we had to get our friend involved in it as she is a solicitor and she went through similar thing with HB, so her experience with them plus smart words used in emails pushed things forward. Very unpleasant experience.
