I am so glad I chose Granite Lettings to manage my property. I had had a different lettings agent for 18 months but the relationship broke down and I was left needing a tenant and lettings agent, while relocating to Dundee, and dealing with one relatives dimentia diagnosis and another's death and estate needing sorted. Wesley was extremely pleasant polite and personable from the moment we met, and he and Colin were not only helpful, but also very patient, as I tried to cope with the circumstances in various locations in Scotland, while liaising with them with the Manchester flat. They have never been less than prompt when I needed an answer, and always kept me informed (the one bad review I've seen a barrister (why the capital letter b in her rant.) writing 'your' and not the correct 'you're'?!? is certainly by an angry person, but her description of Wesley and Colin bears no relation to the people I have met, and who are managing my property, and liaising with me, in an exemplary manner.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
