We were very pleased with the service we received. Guy is straight talking but also relates to you on a personal level. If we had any issues or needed anything to be chased up it would be carried out swiftly. Jacob is very easy to talk to and we had no problem getting in touch with the agents or being told they were not available. We have had a very bad experience in the past with a different estate agent but we would not hesitate to recommend Guy and Jacob to friends and family. Natasha was also a huge help along the way and very quick to act on anything we needed.
