We have seen your feedback above and we're sorry to hear that you have not enjoyed your experience with Capital Living.
We believe that we are a small but strong team of five individuals who acquire a sound amount of knowledge of managing and maintaining properties. We have a great deal of Members who express their content with our service and how much they love being a part of our Capital Living community. Remaining professional and providing the best possible customer service we can is of the utmost importance to us, we also try to maintain a fantastic relationship with our Members throughout the duration of their tenancy rather than only when issues or complaints arise.
Faults and issues that are reported through our Members Reporting Area are regularly checked and all issues are fixed/resolved within a fair and legal time period. We keep Members up to date as to when any maintenance works will be completed.
We have checked our records and remain unsure as to which of our properties you lived in and when you exited your agreement. We do not have any complaints logged from a Member named Sophie which means we cannot rectify the issues you've mentioned above.
We are disappointed that a complaint wasn't logged with us before leaving us a poor review as we feel that if we had been given the chance to rectify the issues above we would have been able to successfully restore your faith in us. We are very open and honest about where we may have gone wrong and how we plan to adapt the way in which we work to constantly improve our business. We have our complaints process displayed on our website as well as issuing this process to all of our Members at the point of reserving one of our rooms.
