Overall experience was good but felt that, as a buyer, it took a while to establish a good, positive and constructive relationship. There was definitely a bias towards the seller initially. We felt that initially the buyer was not considered as an equal client and we didn't feel that valued. Maybe that's just the natural way of things. However once a decent relationship was established things went very well. The agents were very accommodating for visits to the property especially towards the end of the process. Due to it being a probate sale there was very sparse information available concerning certain elements and I am confident that the agent did over and above to find things out.
