From an entirely spontaneous decision to move, Bradleys dealt with both sale and purchase effectively and made this easy for us.
Stuarts' valuation was slightly higher than his competitors, but reflected the market well, and we eventually, after a week, accepted an offer higher than others initial valuations.
Louis was always happy to accompany our access to the new property for a variety of visits we made, and dealt with any queries we had quickly.
Finally, they pointed us toward their own Financial Services department, who secured us a very satisfactory mortgage, and to solicitors who proved to be more than excellent
