I have been a customer with Northwood for nearly five years. During this time I have found the staff to be consistently great. They deal with any problem effectively and efficiently and as a single parent this gives me a great peace of mind to know that there is a highly professional team managing my tenancy. A good example of this would be when the central heating had not been fixed due to a communication oversight, Northwood were extremely proactive in liaising with the landlord to purchase oil heaters or a reduction in rent to compensate. This is just one example of many so please do not hesitate to get in touch if you would like further details.
