I highly recommend Joe Solazzo and Paul Wallace agents.. They took on the sale of my mums house which was occupied with a tenant, and firstly achieved the market value which is rare. Secondly, my mum had a serious car accident so I had to take over the sale negotiations from my home in Thailand. THEN, we encountered problems with our tenant and had to go about getting an eviction order in place.
Joe helped me step by step of the way with what I had to do with solicitors etc and he liased with the buyers and kept them updated. The whole experience from my side was extremely professional contacting me via email with questions and updates and he would also call me in Thailand when needed.
Very happy with the 100% service thanks to Joe.
