Fees are astronomical and you don't even get a clean flat. And apparently it's standard with Acorn, my friend rented through them in Croydon and the flat was also dirty. Why lie? call it anything else but cleaning fee because you are not delivering it.
On top of that I've had to deal with 4 different people in the process and they all disappear once you've paid your holding deposit. Blamed the slow referencing process on their external company but when I offered solution no one came back to me. KFH was very straightforward into what the requirements were and on top of things. Too bad Acorn had my holding deposit, I should have gone with KFH

As I wanted to reply to your Facebook message, unfortunately Yousef was unavoidably detained by other viewers at other properties during the day which had a knock on effect throughout the day. You were called 15 minutes before the viewing time to explain this and that he would running around 15 minutes late. I've been busy moving into my new home, hence the late response.
I don't have issues with the landlord acceptance at all, I think you misunderstood the whole situation, because I perfectly understand the landlord has a right to refuse or accept tenants.
But my issues are with the mistakes in documents communication issue between your branch and head office and delays in referencing, it took over 2 weeks and the landlord didn't get to look into the references until less than a week ...
