It's easy to lament and offer up praise after someone has done what they are employed to do. However, it's very rare you feel like you have been given above and beyond what you paid for.
But I have to say that the personal attention we received in our house sale was way above the expected level. I felt it was more like a personal assistance program rather than a paid service.
I actually experienced real customer service, which is a rare commodity these days.
Lavelle Parsons especially stepped up and was constantly guiding and keeping us updated with where we stood in the whole process. The level of service was indeed way more than the low rate we were charged.
I'd highly recommend Lavelle Parsons, and Thomas Morris to any prospective client.

Comment on agent fees
The agent fees were almost a third cheaper than the nearest competitor. In a dying market you need every pound to make sense if you wish to attain the best return on your investment, which is what every house sale becomes, whatever your reasons for selling are.
