Overall Lettings-R-Us have had above average service for a letting agent. During our tenancy me and my girlfriend dealt with a number of different staff at Lettings-R-Us on all occasions they were courteous and did what they could, sometimes limited by the landlords communication and timescales. I would recommend these to others.
To debunk some myths:
* They don't show up without notice. Sometimes they asked to waive the 24 hour notice for viewings but not often and this was optional.
* They didn't withhold the deposit.
* Richard Candy is not a rude or horrible person, he's quite nice if a bit forgetful from time to time.
Pros (in comparison to other agents):
* Returned more of the deposit than any agent I've dealt with.
* Important matters were dealt with quickly. (Such as hot water repair)
* Pets allowed in a number of the properties they manage.
Cons (in comparison to other agents):
* When moving into the property the garden shed/bin-store was a bit of a state and the previous tenant left and there were items leftover in the loft. Other than this the property was in a great state with cleaned carpets and a professional clean done prior to arrival.
* Sometimes they didn't communicate when viewings were canceled.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you were not happy with our services. The landlord did put a new roof on and the roofer did come back to rectify the issue. The landlord thought that this was fixed. I am not sure how the plug is coming away from the wall and this was not reported to the office. The property has an electrical installation condition report and this has happened during the tenancy.
