I wouldn't have thought about using Northwood for selling my property usually, but I spotted a few of their sold boards in the local area and decided to give them a chance.
Dave Yates came to value my property and was professional, polite and knowledgeable. He gave me an initial value on the day but suggested I leave it with him to do more research.
He rang me the day after suggesting we market the property in a certain way that it will appeal to a niche market.
David sold the property for £10k over his original valuation and for £10k more than his competition valued it at. This was definitely because he spotted the potential and went that extra mile to advertise in a different way to normal.

Terrible customer service.
Decline potential buyers a viewing before knowing all the facts. You should ask the right questions first.

Unfortunately if you put the wrong information in to your Rightmove enquiry, as you did by saying you had a house to sell, it is not our fault we cannot action your request when instructed by the vendor to only allow viewings with buyers in a postion to proceed.
