James Chiltern have been in charge of renting my property for three years now. Thus far it has been a good relationship from the very first time James came to look at the property for rental purposes. I felt very much at easy with James and there was no pressure to go ahead with anything. In fact I had a few other agencies look at the property with higher monthly yields, but in the end went with James Chiltern and have no regrets. Ayyaz for the most part brought the clients round to view the property, I found him to be also easy going and professional. Five stars all the way for James Chiltern.
