Dealt with this agent as buyer of a property. I found Julie very helpful and she went the extra mile to get hitches sorted. This included chasing up the whole chain to identify and sort issues 3 properties down. Property buying/selling is fraught with difficulties, but Julie smoothed these over especially in that time in the run-up to exchange and completion. That alone is worth its weight in gold when you have enough other stresses to deal with.
