This was the third property we have sold through Clarkes - two at their Arundel office and this latest one through their Bognor Regis branch. We found all the staff we dealt with absolutely superb and professional. They kept us in the loop at all times and were quite happy to ring us well out of hours to explain where we were at any point. Paul in particular held the sale together and it was completed in record time. (We were actually advised by them that we had completed even before our solicitor told us.) We have also used them for letting our properties over the past four years and again had an excellent service at an extremely competitive rate. When tenants have moved on they have found others within a day which has meant little or no loss of income for us.
Comment on agent fees
Their fees were not only very reasonable in our opinion, but entirely justifiable. The property was beautifully marketed with excellent photographs and we were able to accept an offer within two days.
