From the word 'go' everyone was extremely helpful. Whoever answered the phone dealt with your query quickly, and when they had rung you it was followed up with an email. We were surprised at the great communication and were very impressed, its not something that is done very well nowadays so 10/10 for Thomas Morris! Both Rebecca and Danielle went out of their way and I must say the whole office is amazing too and they were all determined to get our sale through. We had some glitches (!) but that didn't thwart them at all. Thank you to you all.
