Excellent service .Highly recommend using this branch of Barkers . From the start of the process to completion , the team kept us informed , even saying we could email them at home when they were ill , Joanna worked very hard to find prospective buyers and negotiated well .Neither myself or my partner can fault them and we would certainly choose this estate agent again .The team made the whole process as stress free as they could possibly make it .Communication was good , all queries were handled professionally and speedily. So a big thank you to Joanna , Jessica , Jack and Annette .

Thank you for your comments. I am most disappointed to hear you were not successful in buying the property. When we are dealing with other offers we try to be as fair as possible and offer you the chance to come back with your very best offer. As you withdrew from the process the seller went with the other party. We act in the vendors best interests and this was the way they wished for this to be handled.

Kamlesh - good for you if you find Jessica honest and open however you have no idea of what took place. It is commendable that somebody who lives in NW1 (which I believe is in London) has such close contact with a Leicester Estate Agent and springs to her defence!!! For your information this was not a case of "sour grapes" as Jessica spoke with the vendor and our offer was ACCEPTED - based on a sum that the Vendor was willing to accept and was HIGHER than our original offer.
