After 6 months of not very much at all with Purple Bricks, I changed to Arins and on the first day of signing up i had a viewing booked for the next day, and the second viewer bought. This was at Christmas time, when I had been told by Purple Bricks that there would be no interest until at least January. Excellent communication between myself and the Arins office, I was always updated on what was going on without it being intrusive; very professional and friendly. I am SO happy I changed agents :-)
