we have recently sold a property using Churchill's and found them very good. We requested that an agent was always present during viewings, as the owner was elderly and this did happen. We were contacted quickly whenever we had an inquiry both by email and phone. In fact, we found the service provided by Churchills better than that provided by the solicitors.
