Beresford Residential- Streatham is a supernova estate agency and Jerome Jackson is a rear gem!. Jerome personally handled the sale of my flat from start to finish; he was kind, super efficient and very professional at all times. The sales process was very stressful and difficult experience for me and despite the fact that I was based 6,000 miles away from the U.K. Jerome managed to calm me down, build up my confidence and kept me going at the brink of 'giving it all up'. The sales was achieved and a success simply because of Jerome's great knowledge and understanding of the property market coupled with a first class customer service delivery that included timeless patience, care & attention, support & assistance, feedback and updates, it was simply awesome!. I couldn't have asked for a better person (Jerome) or a better agency Beresford Residential to handle the sale of my flat. I will recommend Jerome and Beresford to anyone looking to sell even if you're out or not based in the country. The communication with Jerome is simply superb. I am very grateful to Jerome for all his hard work, efforts, dedication and support that he gave me.. He is truly an Asset to Beresford.. And Beresford Residential stands out in the crowd. On the 2/3 occasions I spoke with Moazam he was very attentive and helpful.. Keep up the good team work!

I clearly stated that I would like to be contacted via e-mails so did not understand why the agent attempted to call me at all. Even if that wasn't stated, I would still expect an e-mail follow up or when the agent plans to call, they normally double check the contact details. I should be also informed that you will be attempting to contact me via phone as this is required for your safety. Worth putting it in your e-mail signature.
