We appointed Starkey and Brown as our agent for the sale of our house, and were pleased we chose well. From the initial appraisal to completion the staff were professional, attentive and provided good advice. They conducted the viewings whenever possible, and were always quick to provide feedback. Importantly, once a sale was agreed the service did not stop - we were given at least weekly updates and they made sure the sale went as smoothly as possible.
Comment on agent fees
We had appraisals from three agencies, and Starkey and Brown's fees were in the middle.
