I sent the following letter to the agents after receiving an offer after the first open house day:

Dear Jill and team,

Thank you so much for your excellent service in securing an offer on my mother's property in Mitchell Avenue, Hawkinge.

The package that you offer, is professional, efficient, and high quality. We were very impressed from start to finish, with the fantastic brochure, beautiful photographs, and of course all the sound advice and support you gave my mother to encourage her to prepare her property prior to viewings.

We had hoped for a quick sale, but did not imagine that you would have secured a sale on the first open house day! And at a higher than expected value! We are so happy that we decided to come to Ward and Partners after having looked at a number of other estate agents, as there is a clear difference between the sales pitch that others offered and the professional marketing package that you delivered.

Well done to you all and thank you once again for all your support.
