Having used Starkey & Brown's lettings team to manage another property for the last few years we had no hesitation instructing them again with regard to another house we've just purchased. The whole process was very slick and completely painfree, and we were delighted to have a tenant move in within a couple of weeks of first marketing the property. We have complete faith in their management service and would recommend them to other local landlords without hesitation. Special thanks to Ashleigh and also to Ben.

Hi David, just to address your concerns that you have addressed within your review.
Looking at your file, I can see we had several delays throughout the transaction with the property being unregistered title, incorrect title plans, solar panels etc. These are all issues dealt with by a solicitor and are out of an estate agent's control. I can see Angie took good care of you and kept you updated throughout the process. I'm pleased it all went through OK for you in the end.
