It was pleasure to rent property from Sutherland Management. They always reply extremely quickly to emails and phone call. They deal with issues, e.g if there is problem with property, extremely quickly. All staff is friendly and helpful. They always tried to accommodate our needs in the best possible way. When we were moving to Carnoustie we had less than week to do it and Sutherland Management was the only Agency who went to all extra lengths to get us into chosen property as quickly as possible without compromising the needs of property owner. They are also very clear what they want when leaving property and very fair when it comes to getting deposit back. Unfortunately we had to move out from the area but we miss Sutherland Management very much. There was no problem or delay with references when we were applying for new property in Fife. It was pleasure to rent from Sutherland Management.
