As first time buyers we were unsure about the whole process and worried the process would be drawn out as we didn't know what was required form us. We did not need to worry! Starkey and Brown were amazing! They acted as the go between for our mortgage broker, both solicitors and ourselves, saving us the stress of constantly chasing everyone. They made sure we were kept up to date with any news regarding the progression of the sale and kept us regularly informed. They guided us through the whole process letting us know exactly what was required of us. They made the whole process very stress free for us and helped us complete the sale extremely quickly! Thank you!

Hi David, just to address your concerns that you have addressed within your review.
Looking at your file, I can see we had several delays throughout the transaction with the property being unregistered title, incorrect title plans, solar panels etc. These are all issues dealt with by a solicitor and are out of an estate agent's control. I can see Angie took good care of you and kept you updated throughout the process. I'm pleased it all went through OK for you in the end.
