Coming from an estate agency background myself i am only too aware of the trials and tribulations of selling and the high fall through rate. Neal stuck with us through some very hard emotional and stressful times. We had several fall throughs from the buyers end and Neal never gave up on finding us a better buyer. In the end he found us a great buyer and made sure everything went through to the exchange and beyond. I have worked in many estate agents and dealt with many in my own property dealing/refurbishment business. Never have i come across a more savvy, astute and professional chap as Neal who puts himself out there with that extra personal touch and professional passion. He understands the market and mindsets of all different kinds of buyers and sellers, and that is why he gets the job done. I would never hesitate in using Neal and Grants again, as Neal and Grants Brand surely supplies a truly personal and caring service, unlike so many of the other estate agents who offer blandness and an uncaring service.
