When we moved in to the flat it was dirty (even breadcrumbs on the floor of the kitchen, almost clogged drains and everything in between), the power had been cut and didn't get fixed for 3 days, fridge didn't work when the power was back, washing machine drawer (for the detergent and fabric softener) was black due to mould, kitchen had a leak some time during the first 3 months, we now have another, much worse leak that left the bathroom floor covered in water and we do not know where it comes from, the inventory list was done poorly (not all the plugs were listed, even missed out on a heater so we ended up doing the whole inventory for you), we still have no working alarm, the doorbell isn't working, the extractor fans in the en-suite and bathroom are not working and this is 10 months after we moved in. The main bed was broken and not usable when we moved in, same with several of the dining chairs, one of the wardrobes, two night stands and a chest of drawers and it took months to get out of the already limited space in the apartment so it felt more like a storage for broken furniture than a place to live. The spare bed in the 2nd bedroom is about to fall apart as is the case with the rest of the dining chairs, the coffee table, dining table and the other wardrobe. The sofa which is possibly supposed to be black leather is more green than anything and when it gets warm it's smelly (smells of sweat). So great job making moving seem easier than continuing to stay at one of your places and we cannot wait to get out the place.
