Am absolutely furious after a viewing today. Property in question was nothing like as described, was completely overpriced, "balcony" was nothing but a roof that could not be used, was full of damp and to top it all off my mother in law fell down the crumbling staircase on the way out. Information was sketchy to say the least, I fail to see how RWW do not know details of service charges, what work is due to be done on the building and who the freeholder is when their office is in the same building!.
Needless to say we shall not be using this estate agent again-disgusted.
