Amy is always there to help and reassure. Nothing is too much trouble and she is very conscientious. We can confidently leave our properties in her hands.
Comment on agent fees
Our only difficulty is with the billing/payment system. If is unclear, difficult to understand and they don't seem to be able to consolidate payments, (unlike other agents we use), which makes a lot of work for us and our accountant.
